Ralph Winmill is the Principal Drilling Engineer and Owner of Geode Well Engineering.  He is a Mechanical Engineer who has worked solely in the deep drilling industry for over 32 years.  Ralph strives hard to be one of the best geothermal Drilling Engineers in the world.  Whilst this is a lofty goal, it is a noble aim, and you will find Ralph works hard to apply Geode's core values of Honesty, Maths-based Decisions, and Adding Value to everything he does.
